Breaks are essential. I too am doing same here perusing messages on my phone after dealing with a computer tech help person from Washington State, who may have fixed my Mac, but she instructed me to leave it alone for a few hours to “re-generate.” I interpret that as an excuse fo ME to take a mental “break.” M.:-)

LOL. I call internet/electrical outages as breaks. Or a quick foray into WP or making lame whiny memes as break. Or waiting while Mac updates. But yes. Breaks are essential else we would all lose our minds. Lol
